Job Description

Overview A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant III to provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple senior leaders and supervisors. This individual will serve as a key operational resource across a busy, fast-paced department and must thrive in an environment that requires both precision and professionalism.

Compensation :
$25-$27/hour Key Responsibilities Manage incoming communications, field and direct phone calls, and greet and coordinate visitors professionally Own complex calendaring, meeting coordination, and interview scheduling for multiple supervisors Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports accurately and on time Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations; maintain filing systems and perform faxing as needed Conduct internet and internal research to support department projects and decision-making Liaise and communicate regularly with physicians, clinical staff, and department leadership Required Qualifications 5-10 years of progressive administrative or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting Demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity directly supporting physicians or medical professionals Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of an organization Proven track record of scheduling interviews, managing complex calendars, and coordinating logistics for multiple stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field Prior experience within an HR department or supporting HR-related functions such as recruiting coordination Background in a laboratory, diagnostic, or clinical specialty department is a meaningful plus Interview Process Virtual Teams interview → Onsite interview (for selected candidates) This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
