Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Support / Office Manager to join our Huntington, NY team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling, client communication, and office coordination Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records and filing systems Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain compliance documentation and assist with regulatory procedures Greet clients and uphold a professional, welcoming office environment Qualifications Prior administrative or office management experience required Experience in a financial services or compliance-adjacent environment a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion Compensation Salary Benefits PTO 401(k) Professional development assistance Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | In-person | Huntington, NY To Apply We are looking to fill this role promptly.
