We have a great opportunity for a full time Administrative Assistant. In a dynamic growing company, you will have a great opportunity to exhibit your abilities and get noticed. The applicant for this position must be responsible, with a positive attitude. We are seeking someone with a great personality that can carry out all required duties with the utmost attention to details.
Responsibilities:
Order entry, invoicing Customer service Answer the phone Assist showroom buyers Support outside Sales Reps Maintain office supplies Maintain the Showroom tidy and organized Label products and display them
Requirements:
Personable, enthusiastic, energetic and hard working. Self-motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be Punctual and dependable. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary. Previous wholesale experience is a plus. This is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for an individual who has an outgoing personality who enjoys dealing with people, can multi-task and is willing to grow by trying harder and accepting more responsibilities.
