Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Human Resources professional to join our team. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide outstanding customer support using phone etiquette and strong communication skills Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records with precision to ensure organizational clarity Assist with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping pertaining to Account Payables Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing clerical tasks like managing correspondence Provide administrative support for HR functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with employee communication and processing and managing payroll accurately Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills Familiarity with bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and prioritization Previous experience with front desk operations, filing systems, data entry, and calendar management preferred Strong typing skills along with proofreading capabilities to ensure accuracy in all communications Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents shine!
