Maverick Motorworks is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for our growing shop in Orrville, Ohio. We are a well-established, family-owned repair shop that has been serving the community since 2009. Our shop is built around quality work, organized systems, strong communication, and a professional work environment where skilled technicians can succeed. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends. We perform:

General automotive repair Diagnostics and drivability Suspension and steering Gas and diesel truck repair Pickup truck diesel repair and maintenance Alignments using new Hunter alignment equipment We work on domestic and import vehicles and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly the first time. Our systems and workflow are designed to help technicians stay productive without constant chaos, interruptions, or poor communication. Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced technician who: Can diagnose and repair vehicles independently Takes pride in high-quality workmanship Understands diagnostics and drivability Works well with a team Wants long-term career stability Maintains a professional attitude and work ethic This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can perform at a high level and wants to be part of a strong team environment. ASE certifications are a plus but not required for the right candidate.
