• Front Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant Predatory Fins is a growing tropical fish company specializing in retail, wholesale, online sales, import/export, and social media content creation across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We are passionate about the aquatic industry and are getting close to opening our doors to the public while expanding our business in many different directions. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to become the face of our office and grow with our company long-term.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls Respond to emails and customer inquiries Help manage and respond on social media platforms Greet and assist customers when they arrive Assist with general office and administrative tasks Support day-to-day front office operations

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and professional Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and office skills Social media experience is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn
