Electrical Assembler

Job Title:

Electrical Assembler Job Description As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for soldering wires and components to printed circuit boards, cutting, stripping, and crimping wires, performing light mechanical assembly, and using PC-based utilities to program and test completed assemblies. You will also be required to read and follow assembly drawings and technical procedures. Responsibilities Solder wires and components to PCBs. Cut, strip, and crimp wires. Perform light mechanical assembly. Use PC-based utilities to program and test completed assemblies. Read and follow assembly drawings and technical procedures. Essential Skills Proficiency in assembly and electrical tasks. Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience in soldering and wire harness preparation. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail and finesse. Team-work oriented attitude. Ability to quickly pivot between tasks. Dependability. Work Environment The position is a 1st shift role from 6:30am to 3:00pm in a climate-controlled facility. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Copiague, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
