Soldering Technician

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team and help us build high-reliability electronics.

salary:

$20 - $26 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Perform high-quality surface-mount technology (SMT) and thru-hole soldering on complex PCB assemblies. Conduct manual rework and repair of electronic assemblies, including component removal and replacement. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and bills of materials (BOM). Assemble wire harnesses, crimp connectors, and perform point-to-point wiring. Utilize microscopes, magnifying lenses, and specialized soldering equipment safely and effectively. Inspect your own work and the work of others to ensure compliance with quality standards (such as

IPC-A-610

). Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.
