Administrative & Customer Service Representative Confidential Doral, FL Job Details Full-time $14 - $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Bilingual Spanish English Administrative experience Organizational skills Clerical experience Office experience Full Job Description We're looking for an organized, personable team member to be the first point of contact for our company. You'll handle front-desk reception, answer inbound calls, process orders, follow up with customers, and provide day-to-day administrative support. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls promptly and routing them appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including updating records in software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace Perform bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support to ensure a well-functioning workspace Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in administrative roles or personal assistant positions is preferred but not required

7am-3pm

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
