• Skilled Laborer We are a family owned General Contractor with over 35 years in business. We work on municipal projects; Miami-Dade County School Board, Broward County School Board, Palm Beach County School Board, Miami-Dade County Parks and more.
• Applicant must be able to obtain the Jessica Lunsford badge from the School Board which is a Level 2 Background screening.
• We are looking for an experienced construction Carpenter/Skilled Laborer with the following:

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills:

Ability to use power tools. Perform construction work Concrete form work, pour concrete, help finish if needed on small slabs/curbs. Placement of rebar Read plans, layout jobsite or assist in job layout Experience in Drywall, stucco, concrete finish, painting. Rough Carpentry General construction knowledge Good verbal communication skills Ability to follow directions Must have dependable transportation. English and Spanish preferred

Physical Demands :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform considerable physical activities including: kneeling, stooping, digging, etc. Ability to work outdoors at constructions sites in all types of weather conditions: dust, heat, humidity, etc. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to perform carpentry tasks, including framing. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and installation. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to coordinate with diverse teams. Must have reliable transportation
