  • Full-time Company Overview Hutton & Hutton Architects & Engineers (HHAE) is currently seeking qualified and energetic persons to handle the Company administrative day-to-day tasks, assisting projects/office logistics/front office.
The candidates will be responsible for implementing/organizing/administering office and project information, on a part-time or full-time basis. The role will consist of being on-site in the office.
Responsibilities:
1. Manages office space as well as front office area; ensuring areas are neat and organized. 2. Collection and data entry of mail, which may include accounts receivable and billings. Sorting and distribution, along with outgoing mail and tracking. 3. Point of contact for all incoming calls, visitors, building utilities information. Courteous and professional. 4. Responsible for some project coordination items for the office; the ability to communicate (written and verbal) with staff/clients/consultants. 5. Manage Insurance/retirement information for each employee. 6. Assists in vendor / office invoicing. 7. Manage office inventory items, anticipating supplies needed, placing orders, verifying office receipts.
Qualifications/Skills:
1. 5+ years of administrative experience with a high school diploma. Higher education degree preferred but not mandatory. 2. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills with a high emphasis on attention to details. 3. Proficient computer skills required, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Billing Software is a must. Additional software skills a plus. The company will provide initial training to update candidate on office responsibilities. 4. Ability to work and perform in collaborative and deadline driven environment.
Pay:
$40,000.00
