Responsibilities:

• Work with d Services to maintain vendor master files
• Handle vendor inquiries including special payment request
• Submit miscellaneous invoices to d Services as needed
• Resolving discrepancy issues of what was received/invoiced
• Work with Quality and Material Departments to ensure that supplier quality chargebacks are timely processed
• Process supplier debit memos and credit memos and monitor for closure
• ing:

Production, Daily Flash updates, Weekly Forecast, and Weekly Operating Stats

• Review quarterly vendor statement reconciliation prepared by d Services

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to turn special requests around quickly and effectively.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible and/or changeable schedule, especially during the month end close process
• BS or BBA in Accounting or related field (Finance or Economics) preferred
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll or General Accounting preferred
• Experienced with Kronos, Coupa, PeopleSoft AP, PeopleSoft Payroll, SAP is a plus
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, index match, etc.

Pay Details:
