Job Description

On-Call Administrative Support Specialist Are you looking for a role where every day brings something new? Join our team as an On-Call Administrative Support Specialist and become part of the exciting work happening across our Laboratory. In this dynamic position, you'll have the opportunity to support both scientific and operational departments, contribute to projects of real impact, and build valuable experience in a world-class research environment. This role offers a mix of short- and long-term (up to 90 days) assignments, with both full- and part-time opportunities available. We're seeking adaptable professionals who thrive in flexible schedules and enjoy taking on a variety of responsibilities. What You'll Do Provide administrative and clerical support across departments. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Contribute to the smooth operation of scientific and operational teams. Gain exposure to different areas of the Laboratory while building your professional skill set.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Experience in administrative, secretarial, or clerical roles with transferable skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability and eagerness to learn new systems such as SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of administrative/secretarial experience. Familiarity with PeopleSoft (highly desirable). Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements. Associate's degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent. Why Join Us?

Salary offers will be commensurate with the final candidate's qualification, education and experience and considered with the internal peer group.
