Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE
To oversee, maintain, secure, and optimize the primary systems and applications, server environments, storage platforms, backup and recovery services, directory services, virtualization resources, and associated enterprise infrastructure to support secure and efficient technology operations within the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. This position is not considered Essential Personnel under the LRCVB Inclement Weather policy. For a complete list of essential job functions, please click HERE. These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; five (5) years of demonstrated professional-level experience in systems administration, enterprise application administration, Microsoft 365 administration, server management, storage management, virtualization, backup and recovery, endpoint management, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, Helpdesk operations, or related areas; and one (1) year of experience supervising, leading, or coordinating Helpdesk or technical support staff. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be available to respond to emergency calls outside of normal working hours and be available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.
