In this role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all appointments. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and manage talent relations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Hours:
11:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Supervise front desk to deliver outstanding services and maintain high standards of customer service Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication Oversee appointment check-in and check-out processes Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction Coordinate with Talent Director to address appointment flow and customer questions Experience Proven experience in administrative functions or front desk operations Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, cell phones, and multi-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to manage guest complaints professionally while maintaining positive relationships
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
