Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization's mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. ABOUT THE POSITION
Turning Point Action is seeking a Part Time Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative tasks for the Executive team. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to managing and paying incoming invoices, promptly responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, keeping an inventory of and restocking office materials, and any other administrative tasks relating to the team. This is an entry level position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Data entry with google sheets. Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices. Responding to inquiries from the Executive team. Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations. Organizing and maintaining the Turning Point Action Airtable database. Updating the Google Drive when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets) Passion for conservative ideas and principles Extremely organized Strong work ethic and goal-oriented Self-starter and self-motivated Punctual and extremely responsive "WOW!"
SKILLS:
Past administrative experience Past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations Experience starting campus organizations and/or Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations All applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.
