Administrative Cooordinator UCLA Health - 4.1 Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $33.81 - $53.93 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Data analysis reporting Faculty collaboration Data summary reports Full Job Description Description The Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and analytical support to departmental leadership. This role serves as a strategic partner to senior management by coordinating executive operations, conducting complex analyses and special projects, preparing reports and recommendations, synthesizing data, and supporting department-wide initiatives. The incumbent applies strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with university policies and facilitating effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Hourly range:
$33.81-$53.93 Pay range: $33.81 - $53.93 an hour
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years minimum of Business operations and/or administration experience. Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Analytical skills sufficient to interpret and apply University and campus policies; define problems; formulate logical conclusions, recognize alternatives. Strong written skills to prepare accurate, concise, and clear reports and documents. Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with University-wide and campus-wide Administrators, Deans, Department Chair, faculty and staff both orally and written.
Preferred:
Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education.
