You'll play a critical role leading NetSuite implementation, optimizing workflows, and scaling systems as we grow through acquisitions. What You'll Do Lead NetSuite implementation and ongoing optimization Translate business needs into system solutions and configurations Manage user access, workflows, reporting, and integrations Drive process improvements and system enhancements Support M&A integrations into NetSuite Partner with finance to ensure compliance and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Finance/Accounting, or other related field 3+ years of ERP/NetSuite administration experience Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, configuration, and reporting Experience supporting finance/accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, etc.) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams NetSuite certifications preferred
