Job Description

ECSDD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency providing services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in nine northeast rural Colorado counties. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and will lead over 100 employees providing residential services, day services and Supported Living Services for adults and Early intervention Services for birth up to 3 years. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader who offers :
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or closely related field, (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Five to seven years of progressive senior administrative and management experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or human services organization.
Financial Stewardship:
Proven capability in managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets, state program grants, funding compliance and financial reporting to a Board of Directors.
System-Level Collaboration:
A track record of building relationships with local and state leadership and advocacy coalitions.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Experience ensuring organizational adherence to federal and state statutory regulations.
Background Clearances:
