Monday-Friday | Flexible Overview One Village Alliance (OVA) seeks a Business Office Manager to serve as the administrative backbone of a fast-growing, youth-centered nonprofit. This role provides executive-level administrative support and ensures strong internal systems, communication, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain administrative systems, policies and procedures. Develop efficient office organization, filing, and financial systems Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel Manage communications, newsletters, and social media Support events and youth program administrative needs Record meeting notes and assist with reports and planning materials Support HR onboarding and administrative processes Liaise with senior leadership and partners to support organizational flow Desired Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience in operations, administration, or nonprofit management Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, and digital office systems Ability to prioritize under pressure while maintaining professionalism and warmth Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bonus Skills (Not Required) Bookkeeping or nonprofit financial support Marketing, content creation, or event coordination Why Join OVA Meaningful, mission-driven work with global impact Flexible schedule and growth opportunity Front-line role in a bold, fast-moving organization A values-driven culture rooted in service and community care Apply today and join the movement.
