Job Description
Base Administrator Sunrise, FL About Us We are Oil Spill Response USA Inc., a leading organisation dedicated to global oil spill preparedness and response. As the largest international industry-funded co-operative, we offer the opportunity to work at the forefront of environmental stewardship, collaborating with industry experts and global partners, and the chance to mitigate the impact of oil spills worldwide. We are now looking for a Base Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 7am
- 3pm. The Benefits
- Salary of $66,000

- Life Insurance provided at 4x base salary This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven office and business management professional with front-of-house and customer relations experience to join our leading global organisation and play an essential role in supporting the smooth running of our Sunrise base.
- Manage our office inventory and filing system
- Train other staff on purchasing and procurement procedures
- Support HR with new starter administration
- Coordinate staff travel, including health clearance, vaccines, passports and licenses
- Arrange flights, hotels and car hire About You To be considered as a Base Administrator, you will need:
- Business management experience
- Office management experience
- Customer relations experience
- Front of house experience
- A good level of computer literacy
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal

Pay:
$66,000.00- $70,000.
