As an IOMU Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external partners.

Main ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, diary coordination, and handling internal and external correspondenceAct as the single point of contact for Public Protection and Safeguarding matters, ensuring timely communication with relevant agenciesLiaise effectively with external partners such as Probation Services, Social Services, and CourtsPrepare documentation and coordinate meetings for Parole Reviews, Sentence Planning Boards, and other key activitiesEnsure compliance with all policies, procedures, and security requirements while meeting deadlinesDemonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvementPlease see the attached job description for full details.
