  • The role of Corporate Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations within the organization. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, manages governance documentation, supports senior leadership, and facilitates smooth day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Corporate Governance & Compliance
  • Maintain statutory records, corporate filings, and company registers.
  • Maintain Business Licenses & Permits.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
  • Manage corporate documentation, including resolutions, contracts, and NDA's. Administrative Management
  • Oversee office administration and operational support functions.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures.
  • Maintain confidential records and documentation.
  • Manage internal communications and document control. Executive Support
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and board members.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate corporate events.
  • Assist with strategic planning documentation and reporting. Financial & Vendor Coordination
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and procurement processes.
  • Manage vendor contracts and service agreements. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate administration or governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with board-level executives
  • Knowledge of corporate governance best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and corporate management systems
