RESPONSIBILITIES

Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff Maintain regulatory compliance and participant-care standards Oversee budgets, records, policies, and reporting Work collaboratively with the Board of Directors Support family communication, enrollment, grants, and community partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in health or human services, or equivalent supervisory experience serving older adults Demonstrated staff-supervision and operational-leadership experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience in adult day services, senior services, healthcare, or human services strongly preferred Experience with compliance, budgeting, fundraising, grants, or nonprofit boards preferred This is a salaried position and includes paid time off, holidays, and retirement-plan options.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
