Open Until Filled Special Services Manager Administrative Office USD 232 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Special Services Department. This role will serve as a key support position for the department, helping manage complex financial processes, state and federal reporting requirements, and day-to-day operational needs. Position Function:
The Special Services Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and successful operation of the Special Services Department within USD 232. The primary function of this role is to provide fiscal, compliance, reporting, personnel, and operational support while ensuring accuracy, alignment, and adherence to state, federal, and district procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in budget management, financial oversight, and bookkeeping practices Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn Special Education federal, state, and local regulations. Demonstrated ability to maintain comprehensive records, documentation, and systems. Experience working within a school system preferred but not required.

All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test. Must submit pre-employment physical prior to first day of work.
