  • Lead daily operations with excellence in service, cleanliness, and team development
  • Work in-position alongside your team every shift
  • Mentor and elevate team members through coaching and performance reviews
  • Maintain compliance with health codes, OSHA standards, and safety protocols
  • Analyze P&L reports and build action plans for growth
  • Oversee scheduling, equipment maintenance, and clear communication What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Consistent tenures (2+ years per role preferred)
  • Strong P&L, inventory, and ordering knowledge
  • Proven hiring, training, and team-development experience
  • Solid understanding of food safety and OSHA standards
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Full availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
