The Money Room Manager works under the direction of the Keeneland Hospitality Director of Finance during live racing and horse sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Supervises all Money Room Counters and assistants during each business day. Balances cash from Food & Beverage sales on a daily basis. Makes cash deposits in a timely manner. Develops cash procedures and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversees preparation of all individual concession and dining room banks. Troubleshoots any issues with cash, coin, counters, counting software, etc. Assists Director of Finance where needed. Assists Operations Team with cash related activities.
