Jobs › Lincoln, MA › Senior Administrator - TS Insight Global Senior Administrator - TS Lincoln, MA Apply Job Description An Insight Global client is seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative and operational support within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting senior leadership by managing taskers, coordinating executive-level engagements, facilitating records management, and ensuring critical projects and documentation remain on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced supporting senior government or military leadership in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage records management activities and maintain accurate administrative documentation. Coordinate workflow taskers across Directorate, Division, Branch, and Program levels. Collaborate with administrative personnel across multiple organizations to ensure timely completion of actions and deliverables. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and leadership approval. Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials for leadership meetings. Record meeting minutes and track action items to completion. Coordinate travel arrangements and support travel-related administrative requirements. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of organizational priorities. Support executive calendars, meetings, and senior-level engagements. Identify and coordinate appropriate personnel resources to support organizational tasking requirements. Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with established security procedures. Support classified meetings, staff packages, government correspondence, and administrative processes. Perform additional duties as assigned.
