Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our organization. Duties Manage daily office finance operations, including preparation of finance documents for clients, filing, and maintaining organized records Supervise administrative staff and support team management initiatives Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets to prepare reports Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams through multi-line phone systems and email correspondence Ensure compliance with office policies, handle clerical tasks efficiently, and uphold high standards of customer service Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in record-keeping Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and document filing systems Prior experience in customer service or client communication is highly desirable Strong team management skills with a proactive attitude towards training & development initiatives Join us to be part of a vibrant organization where your organizational talents will drive success!
