This role oversees day-to-day household operations, including scheduling, coordinating vendors and appointments, and maintaining household supplies and organization. Daily responsibilities also include managing communication with service providers, assisting with basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping and expense tracking, and helping facilitate a smooth routine for household members. The role requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs while delivering excellent support. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Training abilities to oversee household workflows and guide support staff as needed. Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to interact professionally with household members, guests, and vendors. Organizational and time management skills to handle schedules, priorities, and multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address household needs proactively and maintain high standards. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. Comfort using basic digital tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets) for administrative and scheduling tasks.
