General Summary Oversees pickleball facility, scheduling, programming, events, and staff management, with a focus on participation, court utilization, and member experience.
Major Duties Manages finances and oversees budget and member accounts for the department.
Recruits, trains, and mentors a team of pickleball instructors and eventanizers.
Fosters an inclusive club culture that prioritizes member and guest camaraderie, and long-term retention.
Develops and oversee a dynamic calendar of leagues, clinics, tournaments, social events and other related activities.
Interacts with members, actively listens to their needs, and acts on feedback to continuously improve the player experience, and implementing improvements to enhance the player experience.
Collaborates to promote programs and highlight the pickleballmunity on social media.
Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbalmunication.
Experience with the business operations of a sportsanization or club.
Budget management and supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of pickleball rules and rating systems.
Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
First AidCPRAED certification required or the ability to obtain within one year after hire.

Physical requirements and working conditions Light work with some physical demands such as continuously lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds, but rarely moving more than 25 to 50 pounds.
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
