Saint Louis, Missouri Support Services Days Full-Time 113176 STL1-E30 $43,056.00 - $70,096.00 / year (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience) Job Description Additional Information About the Role BJC Medical Group | One-Year Fellowship BJC Medical Group is seeking candidates enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master of Health Administration (MHA) program for a one-year Administrative Fellow. This onsite opportunity provides exposure to healthcare leadership, physician practice operations, and ambulatory/outpatient care.

Also provides planning for the organization and identified needs within service lines. Responsibilities Assists with operations of unit services and integration with other departments. Provides input and creates effective work plans needed for the work unit. Provides consultative support and integrates services and programs with other units or departments. Participates in building an effective work unit through hiring, supervising and evaluating staff. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree Business/HC Admin Experience
