Job Description
The Dining Service Office Associate is a key position that provides administrative support to the Nebraska Union dining Operations. As the Dining Service Office Associate you will: Make deposit bank bags for each location. Maintain change fund. Reconcile and deposit cash to the Bursars office. Provide register and cash handling training to all Nebraska Union Dining operation locations. Generate reports Assist with inventory, Process personnel actions for staff Review and fix timesheets Collaborate with the Student Life Business Services team to make sure that all invoices and purchase requisitions are processed in accordance with UNL procedures. Assist with Uniform orders for staff. May assist with front of house or back of house restaurant operations.
