Responsibilities Providing administrative support to senior management staff such as managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc. Coordinating travel arrangements for executives, including making reservations and arranging itineraries Processing & preparing reports, maintaining database. Organizing networking events such as conferences Assist in arranging and executing events, including managing & coordinating with internal and external service providers. Provides accurate and timely document preparation. Programs manage certain organization level initiatives which involves co-ordination with stakeholders, publishing tractions & updates. experience in office support/secretary roles Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills

Base Salary Range:

$56,522 - $74,326. The salary may be adjusted within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the specific needs of the position.
