Job Description

Gabriel Kreuther's Saverne restaurant is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated hospitality professional to join our team. We are currently interviewing for a Floor Manager position. Saverne provides the opportunity to work in an authentic environment alongside some of the most genuine and talented people in the hospitality industry. The right candidate will commit to our mission of providing hospitality and fine dining from the heart, which is at the core of our values. Our Manager is able to oversee the dining room with supreme professionalism while ensuring the ultimate guest experience. This Manager will focus on service and driving the team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the AGM in the main dining room & lounge Manage private dining events. Manage Dining Room service and FOH staff Assist with maintaining HR compliance Manage the entire door operation including Resy and Opentable Motivate & Supervise Host team Responsible for some light ordering / admin
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Effective communication Experience with Toast (or other POS system) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrate ownership of job responsibilities through focus, determination, and attention to detail with the goal of elevating the guest experience in every interaction.
Experience:
Two years or more of fine dining management experience or equivalent.
