Job Description

Mid-town Manhattan based Immigration Law Firm looking for a Bar admitted attorney with experience in Deportation Defense. The applicant should have at least 1 years of litigation experience in immigration Court.
Job Duties:
Represent clients in removal proceedings, conduct legal research and prepare briefs and memos before immigration court and BIA, consult with clients on their cases, work with our team of paralegals to file various immigration applications to USCIS and EOIR.
