Job Description Do you have automotive experience? Keystone Ford has an immediate opening for an assistant service manager at our Quick Lane facility.

Core Responsibilities:

Support staff by training, evaluating service advisors and technicians, and be a positive mentor. Coordinate workflow, repair orders and monitor the facility to optimize productivity and efficiency. Provide award-winning customer care to include actively listening and resolving customer concerns. Oversee company compliance and daily production records and reports. Abide and follow all management procedures. Practice and demonstrate all company and OSHA safety protocols and lead the facility safety committee.

Essential Duties Include:
