Description:
Position Summary The Administrative Manager/Comptroller is responsible for overseeing all back-office operations. Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, operational analysis, and administrative management.
Requirements:
Essential Functions Oversee and maintain all income and expense records. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports with commentary and recommendations. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze financial and operational reports to identify opportunities for increased revenue and reduced expenses. Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and financial performance. Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Supervise and support administrative staff. Cross-train in other administrative functions and provide coverage as needed. Develop and maintain employee schedules and administrative workflows. To perform this job successfully, the individual will possess the ability and aptitude to perform each duty proficiently. Educational and Other Requirements 1. Prior Personal Care Home Administrator experience preferred. 2. Experience working in senior living, assisted living, personal care, or memory care facilities. 3. Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management. 4. Previous administrative leadership experience. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Experience in preparing and interpreting financial reports. 7. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. 8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software. 9. Experience with Intelligent Automation (IA) systems or healthcare administration software. 10. Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and operational reporting.
