Directs the development and implementation of policies, procedures related to Administrative Services. Responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include assuring the delivery of care to patients and adherence to service standards. Develops departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the requirements and objectives of the organization. Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Directs and evaluates all administrative services activities, including service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE
Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
