Job Description

Position Overview The Executive Administrator provides hands-on administrative support to APG's executive team and broader organization. This role keeps documents, deadlines, scheduling, communication, and administrative workflows organized and moving forward. This is a high-trust "doer" role requiring accuracy, discretion, responsiveness, and sound judgment in a small, collaborative, mostly remote company where organization and follow-through matter. The Executive Administrator is expected to directly execute day-to-day administrative work. During high-volume periods, special projects, or time-sensitive needs, approved vendors, Operations Assistants, or other resources may be used, with the Executive Administrator responsible for coordinating that support and ensuring work is completed properly. Experience in real estate development is strongly preferred; affordable housing experience is ideal. A current California Notary Public commission is preferred (but not required) due to the volume of documents requiring signature and notarization. Required Qualifications Strong administrative experience supporting executives, leadership teams, operations teams, or deadline-oriented business functions. Demonstrated ability to execute administrative work with accuracy, ownership, and follow-through. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage key dates, documents, and follow-up items. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfort working independently in a mostly remote environment while remaining responsive and accountable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendar systems, digital filing systems, and general office technology. Ability to work in person in El Segundo 1-2 days per week and occasionally support document, delivery, or notary-related needs at a nearby El Segundo home office. Compensation Up to 110k base salary
