Job Description

Manager of Shared Services Salary:
$120,000 – $160,000 +
Bonus Location:
Orlando, FL (Hybrid) Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area. Key Responsibilities of the Manager of Shared Services
  • Lead high-volume finance operations including Accounts Payable, expense management, corporate card administration, payroll support, and cash application
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals while establishing clear performance expectations
  • Build and enhance shared services processes, controls, policies, and procedures to support a growing organization
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, and system optimization projects
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, and leadership teams to improve service levels and operational efficiency
  • Support month-end close activities, annual reporting requirements, and compliance-related processes
  • Assist with audit support, tax reporting requirements, and internal control initiatives
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, testing, and workflow redesign projects
  • Develop reporting, metrics, and KPIs to improve visibility into shared services performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Qualifications for the Manager of Shared Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required
  • 7+ years of progressive experience within shared services, finance operations, accounts payable, or accounting environments
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing accounting, finance, or shared services teams
  • Strong experience overseeing high-volume Accounts Payable and disbursement functions
  • Experience leading process improvement, automation, and system implementation initiatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with expense management, corporate card, and Procure-to-Pay processes strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting payroll operations and cash management activities preferred
  • Experience working in high-growth, multi-entity, or project-based organizations preferred Career Growth & Benefits
