Job Description We are seeking a Program Manager, Non-Technical to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative and operational coordination within engineering organizations and a proven ability to enable leadership effectiveness through program tracking, event coordination, onboarding, and office logistics . Responsibilities:
Support engineering leadership with administrative and operational tasks, including calendaring and travel. Coordinate recurring team meetups and events, including logistics and communications. Assist with onboarding activities and RTO-related office moves. Plan and track leadership-driven initiatives and projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Prepare, present, and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders. Coordinate project activities and integrate technical inputs from partners as needed. Support resource planning and basic feasibility assessments for projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic Project or Visio. Strong administrative, coordination, and event planning skills. Effective verbal and written communication, problem solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time, and support multiple stakeholders in a changing environment. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably supporting engineering leaders.
Preferred Skills:
PMI or PMP certification. Experience in Agile or fast-changing environments.
Role Logistics & Requirements:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week.
Work model:
Hybrid. Local to Redmond, WA. Onsite one day per week required.
Equipment:
Standard equipment provided.
Assessment:
One round with sponsor and FTE. Scheduling ASAP.
Extension:
Potential chance for extension.
Disqualifiers:
