About the role:
As a Project Analyst intern, you will manage master data within SAP and will perform administrative activities needed to ensure team members assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation. You will report to the Outage Support Services Manager and be located at our Madison, PA facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
Help with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project Systems You will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contracts Help with Invoicing reconciliation and support Support continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolution Help troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirements Support a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharing
Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resources Completed Sophomore year of college Familiar with basic accounting formulas and terms Interested in data management & analytics Interested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing) We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
