We are currently seeking an experienced, self-starter, goal oriented, successful professional to fill the role of Administrative Services Associate in our Greenville, SC region. As an Administrative Services Associate you will be responsible for supporting the regional Vice President, Operations and Administrative Services leadership.
What You Will Do:
Daily Office/Administration Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the regional Vice President, and other senior staff as needed.
  • Coordinates new hire orientations.
  • Coordinates interviews.
  • Manage meeting logistics with multiple parties including internal/external audiences and leverage appropriate technology including Zoom and TEAMS meetings.
  • Office oversight including ordering supplies, office organization, mail and maintenance needs.
Operations/Project Support:
  • Pre-qualification assistance
  • Process submittals.
  • Data entry to include but not limited to: Daily logs, subcontractor data, project expenses, change orders, et.
  • Project assistance closeout
What You Will Bring:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, construction experience a plus
  • High school diploma required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (
Excel:
basic editing and formatting.
PowerPoint:
basic editing and creating presentations.
Outlook:
task planning, email and calendar management)
  • The ability to create and manipulate PDFs
