The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee hiring and onboarding, and organizational development while overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and financial processes. Financial Management Oversee all accounting functions, including: General ledger management Financial reporting and analysis Accounts receivable Accounts payable Cash management Balance sheet reconciliations Month-end and year-end close Human Resources Administration Support and oversee critical HR functions, including: Payroll administration and processing Recruiting and hiring support Compliance management Performance management systems Employee records administration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting and administrative teams.
