Administrator Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team at Santa Fe Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 104-bed premier skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents in Weatherford, TX. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, providing administrative support to our leadership team, and fostering a positive and caring environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the facility Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information and documents Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare administration or related field Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
