Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator Rairdon Auto Group is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator . Our ideal candidate will have previous automotive accounting and warranty experience. Responsibilities Knows and understands the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures manual Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer warranty representatives Reviews every warranty repair order for completion and accuracy Determines and enters the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, and any other administrative data required Monitors the use of special warranty programs for any type of abuse; diagnosis time and straight time to name a few Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims and prepares the repair orders for immediate re-submission Maintains a record of all claims submitted, returned, rejected, or paid Provides weekly reports to the Service Director regarding claim status Qualifications Previous warranty administrative experience Personal ownership and accountability Integrity and professionalism Thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to be analytical and multi-task Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment Excellent communication skills Tekion DMS experience is a plus but not required Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, Honda or other OEM dealership experience is a plus but not required

Compensation:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Paid Time Off:

All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
