Position:
Admin & Ministry Support Director Position Status:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday (some Sundays required)
Supervisor:
Executive Pastor Position Summary The Admin & Ministry Support Director leads central administrative operations, ministry support systems, and physical site oversight across Epikos Church campuses. Serving as the vital operational bridge between executive vision and daily execution, this role supervises support leadership, establishes high-efficiency church-wide systems, and ensures that staff and volunteer teams are equipped to foster guest-ready, impactful ministry environments. Position General Expectations Supervise, coach, and evaluate the office and facilities staff, conducting regular 1-on-1 check-ins and annual reviews. Ensure departmental accountability, task execution, and clear alignment with overall church vision and ministry strategies. Foster a culture of servant leadership, hospitality, operational excellence, and collaboration among support staff. Provides oversight and management of the Epikos office spaces Serve as primary administrator over central church management software (Planning Center Online), optimizing database workflows, lists, and volunteer management. Manage organizational project management platforms (e.g., Asana) to streamline project tracking, cross-departmental communications, and event timelines. Establish and refine standardized operating procedures (SOPs) central administrative tasks, facilities management, ministry support. Develop and maintain centralized hospitality standards across all campuses. Coordinate cross-departmental logistics for church-wide special events, conferences, multi-campus gatherings, and holidays. Assist with event setup and facility needs as required, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs Oversee volunteer onboarding and training workflows for administrative and facilities teams. Manage operational and facility departmental budgets Evaluate vendor contracts and operational service agreements annually Ideal Candidate is someone who… Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Ministry Management, or equivalent experience Brings a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive operational, administrative, or project management leadership in a church or non-profit setting Is exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on tasks and deadlines Possesses advanced proficiency with Planning Center Online, Asana, Google Workspace, and cloud-based financial/administrative platforms Is a strong strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and exceptional problem-solving capacity Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and thrives in team leadership environment. $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
