Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Senior Food & Beverage Manager Position Summary We are seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage department. This position works closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Senior Food & Beverage Manager to provide administrative and organizational support, helping ensure the department operates efficiently and remains well organized. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and enjoys creating structure in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain an organized and professional Food & Beverage office and administrative workspace. Update inventory sheets, product lists, pars, checklists, and departmental records. Assist management with beverage, food, and operating-supply inventories. Help maintain organized storage, beverage, and product areas. Organize employee time-off requests and assist management with scheduling. Assist with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, uniforms, training materials, and employee records. Prepare materials for daily pre-shift meetings, including menus, specials, events, and service information. Maintain opening, closing, side-work, cleaning, and operational checklists. Assist with departmental filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative needs. Provide organizational and operational support for member events and daily F&B operations. Perform additional duties as assigned by Food & Beverage management. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency. Hospitality, restaurant, private club, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
