Position summary: Manage complex office activities and provide high-level administrative support to department heads and senior supervisors. Responsibilities Serve as a primary administrative contact for a department or division. Draft correspondence and prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and summaries. Maintain confidential physical and electronic records and databases. Manage complex executive calendars and inboxes and resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate special projects, track administrative budgets, and arrange events and travel. Anticipate administrative needs and work independently across multiple priorities.
Minimum qualifications:
Associate or bachelor s degree, or a suitable combination of specialized training, experience, and education; 4-10 years of professional administrative or executive support experience; advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong judgment, discretion, and professional communication.
